Niko Ltd featured in Hoist Magazine Atricle

Hoist Magazine have spotlighted Niko Ltd as an exhibitor at the IMHX exhibition. The following extract is taken from the artical written by Kevin Walsh:

“Boosted by a new online marketing drive, Greek overhead crane manufacturer Niko will be presenting a selection of products offerings at IMHX this year.

The company, which also specialises in the fabrication of sliding door track, will be exhibiting one of its lightweight overhead crane range, capable of
lifting loads of up to 2t.

Aiming to provide solutions for a diverse set of customers from different industries, the modular design of its overhead crane range allows easy installation of manual or electric cranes in indoor or outdoor areas.

Niko’s overhead cranes can be specifically designed for areas with limited headroom and can be fixed directly to a structure’s ceiling, as long as it can support the lift loads.

The overhead crane on display will also demonstrate a latching function, designed to attach the overhead crane to Niko’s overhead conveyor system.

Although the conveyor system is predominantly manual, it features a localised powered section that can transport objects through switches, around corners and onto turntables.

Exhibitors visiting the stand will also be able to learn more about Niko festoon cable systems, the firm’s enclosed conductor bar, fall arrest systems, and proprietary jib crane range.”

The IMHX exhibition runs from Tuesday 16th to Friday 19th November 2010 at the NEC, Birmingham and Niko Ltd can be found in Hall 19 on stand H150.
